Annette’s story

Annette had reached the point where her own teeth were no longer worth saving. Several were missing, others were broken down or discoloured, and the gaps showed clearly whenever she smiled.

Her before photos show a smile that had gone one tooth at a time: a gap at one side, broken front teeth, staining and uneven edges, so she smiled with her head slightly down. All-on-6 replaced the whole upper set in one go. In her after photo she is looking straight at the camera with a full, even smile and nothing to hide.

Rather than patching what was left, she went ahead with All-on-6, where a full arch of fixed teeth is held on six implants.

Her new teeth are in a natural design, shade BL3, so the result looks like a healthy set of teeth rather than a perfect white block, and she has a full, even smile again.

Centrals a touch longer than the laterals, softly rounded corners, canines with a gentle point and a smile line that curves with your lip. Small differences between teeth are kept on purpose: that is what reads as real.
Soft

Rounded, gentle, friendly

Fuller, more oval teeth with rounded edges all the way along and no sharp corners anywhere. The smile line curves gently and the canines are softened rather than pointed. Warm rather than striking.
Hollywood

Square, straight, bold

Squarer teeth with straight edges, all the same length, sitting in a flat, even line. Corners are crisp and the canines are squared off to match. Symmetrical and unmistakably done, for people who want the change to show.

Each tooth is shaped with the small variations real teeth have: slightly rounded corners, a soft curve along the smile line and a little translucency at the biting edges. The result looks like a great version of your own teeth rather than a row of identical white blocks.
