Scott’s story

Scott’s teeth had become worn, uneven and discoloured, with short, crowded edges that made his smile look tired.

You can see it in his first photo. He is smiling, but with his lips mostly closed and his chin tucked, the way people do once they have got used to keeping their teeth out of the picture. In the second photo there is no holding back at all.

His plan combined implants with a full set of zirconia crowns, so every tooth could be rebuilt to a proper length and lined up evenly.

A natural design in BL3 keeps it believable: a brighter, wider and more even smile that still looks like his own teeth.

Why it suited Scott: BL3 is clearly brighter than his old teeth while keeping a little warmth, so the new smile looks fresh without looking stark.

Like your own teeth, on their best day

Centrals a touch longer than the laterals, softly rounded corners, canines with a gentle point and a smile line that curves with your lip. Small differences between teeth are kept on purpose: that is what reads as real.
Soft

Rounded, gentle, friendly

Fuller, more oval teeth with rounded edges all the way along and no sharp corners anywhere. The smile line curves gently and the canines are softened rather than pointed. Warm rather than striking.
Hollywood

Square, straight, bold

Squarer teeth with straight edges, all the same length, sitting in a flat, even line. Corners are crisp and the canines are squared off to match. Symmetrical and unmistakably done, for people who want the change to show.

Each tooth is shaped with the small variations real teeth have: slightly rounded corners, a soft curve along the smile line and a little translucency at the biting edges. The result looks like a great version of your own teeth rather than a row of identical white blocks.

Why it suited Scott: The natural design keeps slight differences between teeth and softer edges, so a full rebuild still reads as real teeth.
