William’s story

William’s teeth had yellowed over the years, there was a clear gap between his front teeth and the edges had worn unevenly, so his smile looked darker and less even than he wanted.

William was grinning in his before photo too, which tells you something about him. The difference is what the grin shows: in the first photo the teeth are yellow with a gap in the middle and worn edges, and in the second they are bright, even and closed up, with the rounded edges of the soft design suiting a big open smile like his.

He went ahead with a full set of zirconia crowns. Zirconia is strong and hard-wearing, which suits a full rebuild, and it lets the shape, length and spacing of every tooth be set again.

He chose a soft design in shade B1. The gap is closed, the yellowing has gone and the edges are rounded, so the result is a bright, even smile that suits his face.
